In my early photography days, I used a point and shoot camera, but in 2010 I purchased my first DSLR camera, a Nikon D60. In 2015 I upgraded to a Nikon D610 and kept my previous camera for backup. I have trained with the New York Institute of Photography and worked alongside a professional photographer who has helped me to expand my abilities. However, there is always room for growth and learning, which I do every time I have my camera in my hand. I prefer photographing my subjects in natural light as I think the outdoors has much more to offer in the way of backgrounds and natural settings. To further expand my portfolio, I also enjoy shooting landscapes, architecture and pets. Below are several examples of some of my favorite shots. Although I do not have a home base studio, I still love to do portraits of children, newborns and families whenever an opportunity presents itself. Please contact me if you would like to set up a session.

Making memories and having photos to remember those that we love has always been a favorite of mine. Below are some of my favorites through the years.

Landscape photography has always been a top passion of mine as it gives you the opportunity to see breathtaking scenery. The photos below are mostly from our travels in 2016.

I have never found two flowers alike. Their beauty speaks for itself. My favorite is the yellow rose and stargazer, but I will photograph just about any flower as you can see from the variety below.

Animals are some of the most majestic creatures and I feel honored to have been able to capture some of the species that I have seen over the years.  Whether its my pets, a trip to the zoo or somewhere in the great outdoors, these beauties are breathtaking.
