New Year’s Eve

December 31, 2014

As 2014 comes to an end, I would like to wish everyone a Happy New Year’s! Not sure how we will be able to top this year as we got married, had a new grandbaby, sold our sticks and bricks house and so much more. I can only hope that 2015 will bring us many miles on the road exploring many locations throughout the US as that is the only way we could ever attempt to top 2014.

We spent tonight watching Dick Clark’s New Year’s Eve Rock n’ Roll wondering where some of those artists come from as I have never heard many of their names much less their music. Looking forward to watching the Rose Parade on HGTV tomorrow. Maybe once we start traveling we’ll find our way to Pasadena to see the parade live…in the meantime I’ll enjoy it in the comfort of my house where it’s warm and cozy.

Speaking of our house….I am loving the comfort of my 400 square foot. We have everything we could ever need and it’s great not having so much to take care of. Although it does seem strange not having stuff to do like clean yards, repair this and that and all the other stuff that goes with a big house. I question why I never done this sooner.
