Here we are at the end of another month on my weight loss journey. For the past six weeks I have been going through a maintenance phase, which included adding additional fats, carbs and proteins each week. During this six weeks I have maintained the 21 pounds I lost during the first six weeks of the program. To me that is a success. I will admit I had days that I ate things that weren’t on the program, but I never over indulged, which allowed me to stick with the pounds lost.
On Saturday, February 1st I will start back on the HCG shots as well as doing two days of uploading before going back to the foods only allowed during phase 2. My goal during the next six weeks is to loose at least 25 pounds.
